1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Bet10 is a Sports Betting and online casino platform operated for the Brazilian market. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing any bet or financial transaction on bet10, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bet10.
These Terms apply to all services available on the bet10 platform — pre-match and live Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and any other products offered now or in the future. Promotion- or product-specific terms supplement, but do not replace, the general provisions set out here.
Bet10 may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
To create and maintain an account at bet10, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Age of majority: be 18 years of age or older on the date of registration. Age verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time.
- Residence: be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
- Legal capacity: have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
- Single account: not have another active bet10 account under the same CPF or personal details.
- Voluntary restriction: not be under an active self-exclusion period on bet10.
Bet10 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a customer's eligibility. Accounts created by individuals under 18 or registered with a third party's CPF will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will be returned to the holder of the registered CPF, net of any winnings obtained.
3. Registration and Account Management
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering at bet10. Your name, CPF, date of birth, and email address must match your official documents exactly. bet10 does not accept registrations using stage names, nicknames, or another person's details.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. bet10 will never ask for your password through any channel — email, chat, phone, or WhatsApp. Any suspicious access to your account must be reported immediately to contato@bet10.express.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is required to make your first withdrawal. bet10 may request the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back;
- CPF or proof of CPF;
- Proof of address dated within the last 90 days;
- Selfie with your ID document for identity confirmation.
Document review may take up to 48 business hours. During this period, your balance remains available for betting, but withdrawals are on hold. bet10 may request additional verification for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00.
3.3 One Account per Person
Each CPF may have only one active account on bet10. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is expressly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses canceled, and the original balance returned to the identified primary account.
4. General Betting Rules
4.1 Confirmation and Finality
A bet is confirmed the moment bet10's system accepts the selection and deducts the amount from the customer's wallet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason. bet10 recommends that you review all details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming any bet.
4.2 Odds & Market Variations
Odds displayed on bet10 may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. For live bets, the odds applied are those in effect at the instant the system processes the confirmation — not the odds shown when you clicked. bet10 reserves the right to correct published odds with an obvious pricing error, provided the bet has not yet been confirmed.
4.3 Cancelled or Amended Events
If an event is canceled before it begins, all bets placed on that event are fully refunded to the customer's wallet. If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the original date, bets remain valid. Postponements exceeding 48 hours result in automatic refunds.
In cases of a "no contest" in MMA or an annulled result in other sports, bets are voided. Results determined by disqualification are treated as valid outcomes — bettors who selected the winner, including by DQ, receive their payout as normal.
4.4 Betting Limits
Bet10 may set minimum and maximum bet limits per event, market, or customer. Specific limits may be applied to customers identified with atypical betting patterns or in markets with reduced liquidity. The minimum balance required to place a bet is R$ 2.00.
4.5 Combo Bets
Combination (parlay) bets that include selections from the same event or that are directly correlated may be refused or have their odds adjusted by bet10. Each selection in a parlay must be independent — for example, combining "match winner" and "both teams to score" from the same game may be considered correlated and refused.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
5.1 Accepted Methods
Bet10 accepts the following payment methods in BRL (R$):
- Pix: instant, available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays, with no additional fee;
- Bank slip (Boleto): processing time of up to 1 business day;
- Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
- Mercado Pago and PicPay;
- TED Bank Transfer by major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.
All amounts are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). bet10 does not accept deposits in foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any other financial instruments not listed above.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for all methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, but bet10 may request additional documentation for deposits above R$ 10,000.00 in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
5.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys held in the customer's own name — the same CPF registered on the bet10 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The standard processing time for Pix withdrawals is under 5 minutes for verified customers. VIP Program members receive priority processing. TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. bet10 does not process withdrawals on weekends for methods that depend on the conventional banking system (TED) — only Pix operates 24/7.
5.4 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw a deposit with no associated bonus, there is no rollover requirement — the deposited balance can be withdrawn at any time, provided identity verification is complete. Bonus balances are subject to specific requirements described in Section 6.
6. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program
6.1 Welcome Bonus
Bet10's welcome bonus is offered to new customers on their first deposit, subject to the conditions in effect at the time of registration. The bonus amount, percentage, and rollover requirement are published on the promotions page and may be updated at any time for new registrations.
The welcome bonus carries a minimum rollover requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered a specific number of times (as stated in the promotion) before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Cancelled, reversed, or void bets, as well as bets placed at odds below 1.50, may not count toward the rollover.
6.2 Responsible Bonus Use
Bet10 monitors the betting behavior of customers with an active bonus balance. Strategies aimed solely at completing rollover with minimal risk — such as betting on both sides of the same event across different accounts, placing bets at low odds purely to cycle the balance, or any other practice deemed abusive — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The deposited balance is returned normally.
6.3 VIP Program
Bet10's VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with progressive benefits at each level, including boosted odds, priority withdrawals, and exclusive bonuses. Tier progression is based on betting volume during the current period. bet10 reserves the right to adjust VIP Program rules and benefits, with prior notice to affected participants. 7. Live Casino, Slots & Other Games
The bet10 casino section features Live Casino games with real dealers (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows), slots, crash games, and other titles. All games are provided by licensed suppliers and audited by independent bodies.
The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot or game is published by the provider and can be found in the game's information section. bet10 does not manipulate casino results; all games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of the live casino, real dealers in supervised studios.
The specific rules for each casino game follow the Terms of that game, published by the provider and accessible within each title. In the event of a technical failure during a casino round, the standard policy is to refund the amount wagered on that round.
8. Responsible Gambling
Bet10 believes betting should be a leisure activity. The platform provides responsible gambling tools available to all customers:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in the "Account Settings" area. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
- Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely. While paused, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Full history: access your full betting, deposit, and withdrawal history under "My Account".
Bet10 may impose restrictions or close accounts of customers showing signs of problem gambling, even without a request from the customer. This is a protective measure, not a penalty — any available balance is always returned.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data processing at bet10 is governed by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used exclusively for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
Bet10 does not sell or share customers' personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without explicit consent. Where required by law or court order, data may be shared with the relevant authorities.

10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on bet10 and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, bonus and illicit balance cancellation, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or another person's details;
- Sharing account credentials with third parties;
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets;
- Systematically exploiting technical errors or odds pricing glitches;
- Placing bets using insider information about event outcomes (match-fixing or result manipulation);
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
- Attempting to access, modify, or compromise the security of bet10's systems;
- Making deposits using third-party credit cards or bank accounts;
- Making withdrawals to accounts held in a name other than the registered CPF.
Bet10 cooperates with Brazilian law enforcement and regulatory authorities in combating fraud and financial crimes. Any suspected unlawful activity is investigated and reported in accordance with applicable legislation.
11. Account Closure and Suspension
11.1 Closure by the Customer
You can close your bet10 account at any time by contacting support at contato@bet10.express. Your available balance — excluding any bonuses not yet eligible for withdrawal — will be returned via Pix or TED to your verified account within up to 5 business days of the request.
11.2 Closure by bet10
Bet10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. In cases of serious violation (fraud, money laundering, result manipulation), the balance may be held during the investigation and, if the violation is confirmed, will not be refunded.
If an account is closed for technical or commercial reasons unrelated to the customer's conduct, the full balance is returned.
12. Amendments to the Terms
Bet10 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered address at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor changes or text corrections may be made without prior notice and will not affect existing rights or obligations.

13. Jurisdiction & Contact
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the court in the customer's city of residence in Brazil, without prejudice to any other applicable legal provisions.
